➢ Managing a team having 12 Members (Digital Banking, Integration, Compliance and Cash Management) ➢ Technical expertise in Compliance related applications Mantas (IBM), Safe-Watch (East Net), SWIFT. ➢ Provide technical assistance to IBM (IIB-ESB/App Connect), IBM HIS, MQ.
➢ Facilitate\Assist Project Management & Business Teams for swift Deployment.
➢ To ensure all kind of Health check of all Application Machine including hardware\ Software level.
➢ Evaluate the resource skills & assigned the tasks respectively.
➢ In-place automation for DR sync of critical applications, backup automation with email alert to reduce manual monitoring. ➢ Conduct audit with Internal & external audit team in liaison with IT governance.
➢ Patch Management of Application & OS level on Test, DR, & Production including application sanity check.

➢ Working for deployment of POS with coordination of RTC and CSC Lebanon.
➢ Working with a team for implementing APS (Afghanistan Payment Switch) for interbank transactions.
➢ Working on deployment of Agent POS banking of Virmati (India) with Infopro (Malaysia).
➢ Implementation of ATMs on new business areas for getting accounts and selling of products.
➢ Settlement and reconciliation of e-banking transactions.

➢ Managing technical issues related to Middleware (Rendezvous-Avanza), ATM controller (Nimbus-Avanza), I-Suite (NCR), ODS (Avanza), Call Centre (ZRG)
➢ Managing and initializing new applications as apart in testing phase, work as apart in managing projects and preparation of proper documentation.
➢ Extensive knowledge of ATM terminal to central messages and vice versa for problem solving and config commands to operate ATMs as required.
➢ Managing Controller (Nimbus) and Middle Ware (Rendezvous) for support and connectivity.
➢ Resolving card related queries, linking and delinking of accounts.
➢ Performing report operations and keep record checking through Databases.
➢ Good command on both software and hardware of ATMs (Diebold, NCR, Wincor).

➢ Make sure that issues must be handle on both live and UAT environment in time in coordination with the project, phone banking and vendor team as and when required.
