Working in “Saudi Aramco” Project. I am involved in the Operation Maintenance & Engineering Team (OMET) in Planning and Scheduling of the work and providing Engineering Support via SAP to the projects.
Experienced in directing and executing preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance program as well as scheduling all planned maintenance activity.
Familiar in SAP based plant maintenance systems and material management systems.
In my role as a Planner/Scheduler I have developed key skills such as performing administrative duties in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
 Experience in planning process units, plant shutdowns etc.
 Experience in monitoring spare parts movements, material availability and reorder.
 Familiar in resource planning and manpower allocations.
 Capable to interact with the CMMS to process Maintenance Notifications, Maintenance Orders, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, Cost Analysis, Planning & Scheduling, etc.
 Estimates labour and material requirements and determines an appropriate job sequence plan using a variety of estimating practices.
 Prepares specifications, scope of work, and material requirements. Also, prepare shop and field drawings and/or sketches in conjunction with the Port Engineering Unit.
 Preparation of daily and weekly schedule based on 3 weeks look ahead Plans through MS PROJECT.
 Monitoring and analysis various aspects of progress of all activity on daily basis with implementation of Daily Schedule Time Sheet.
 Arranging the daily meetings to discuss the progress of the individual day and circulating the Minutes of meeting.
 Arranging the materials and maintaining the materials using SAP.
 Prepares bill of materials for each refit, including description, quantity, specifications.
 Prepares work and timetable schedules; monitor progress of refit/repair, conduct inspections, and report to unit supervisor.
 Act as an inspector for various maintenance and vessel refits.
 Recommends priorities and prepares justifications.
 Performs related duties as assigned.
 Make sure material is efficiently procured.
 Records are accurately maintained; coordinating the receipt and distribution of all maintenance orders and work instructions; assuring that maintenance orders are developed to perform the work within issued time frames.
 Monitors shop commitments and making sure that job planning meets the needs of changing priorities and fluctuating workload; resolving problems and taking necessary corrective actions.
 Keeps records and repair history.
 Pre-plans and prepare work scopes.
 Expedites and correct material problems.
 Provides work status information during work process and after work packages have been issued.
 Works closely with supervisors, workers and other planners to assist in meeting schedules established by the maintenance administration.
 After the completion of the job, work orders are closed with proper history entered for the individual job.
