RESPONSIBILITIES DURING JOB:
Preparing and presenting monthly financial reports to stakeholders and executives.
Liaison with External Auditor for Preparations of Final Audit.
GL’s/TB Analysis for accurate reporting.
Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)
Accounts Payables/Fixed Assets Management.
Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
Supervision of Company Accrual & Prepayments.
Monthly VAT Preparation & Reporting.
Supervision of Inventory Stocktaking & Controls.
Inter Company Accounts Supervision/Reconciliations.
RESPONSIBILITIES DURING JOB:
Ensuring the smooth running of basic banking transactions.
Building relationships with high net worth individuals.
Answering any financial and banking queries.
Maintaining a professional image at all times.
Working closely with small and medium sized businesses.
Putting into effect new procedures and policies passed down from Head Office.
Handling customer queries face to face, over the phone or via correspondence.
Opening new bank accounts for individuals and also companies.
Responsible for cash management.
Assist in monthly, quarterly and annually audited details and schedules.
Assisting the annual audit (Reporting)
Reconciliation of Bank Statements.
Preparation of daily Inflows & outflows report of different Banks.
Maintenance of Customers & Suppliers accounts.
Dealing with bank (daily banking transitions & other matters).
Reconciliation of Customers & Suppliers Accounts.
Supervise the record of financial limits of Term Finance and Running Finance.
Incorporation of new lease with the leasing Companies and banks.
Maintenance of Customers Cheques Records.
