• Giving TBT (toolbox talk) for daily bases before activity starts and taking signs on TBT attendance paper.
• Visiting work site and searching observations, un safe condition and work-related hazards.
• Checking work permits that it is suitable for particular job or not i.e., Hot work permit JSA, check list for welding, gas test, Fire watch etc.
• Checking lifting permit, lifting plan, third party inspection certificate and color coding of Crane tools and tackles.
• Checking Gas test certificate, Fire watch, Extinguisher and Fire blankets etc. before Hot work beginning i.e. Drilling, welding or grinding etc.
• Prepare reports on occurrences and provide statistical information to upper management.
• Advise and instruct on various safety-related topics (noise levels, use of machinery etc.).
• Stop any unsafe acts or processes that seem dangerous or unhealthy
• Monitoring and assessing hazardous and unsafe situations.
• Giving safety inductions to new comer.
• Instruction to workers about the work

• Controlling quality and cost of the job
