Implementing sites:
District) Kurram Agency: school rehabilitation and wash Facilities,
Khyber Agency, CPI scheme, School rehabilitation, tube well rehabilitation, Irrigation channel.
Orakzai Agency. school rehabilitation and wash Facilities,
North Waziristan: CPI scheme, School rehabilitation, tube well rehabilitation, Irrigation channel.
South Waziristan, CPI scheme, School rehabilitation, tube well rehabilitation, Irrigation channel.

Duties and Responsibilities:
▪ Provide technical support to UNDP implementing partners in implementation of Rehabilitation of School partially damage education institution solar Drinking water supply and street Pavement and WASH facilities as per UNDP standard
▪ Provide technical support to UNDP implementing partners in implementation of solar Drinking water supply and street Pavement facilities as per UNDP standard.
▪ In order to ensure timely completion of CPIs as a Construction Supervisor I have taken up the following responsibilities
▪ Conducted frequent field monitoring of the assigned CPI schemes.
▪ Conducted material tests as and when required to ensure quality of civil works.
▪ Monitored and verified that the quantity and quality of construction work on community infrastructure projects are according to the approved design parameters and within the approved budget.
▪ Conducted regular field visits to assess the work progress and submitted weekly and monthly progress reports.
▪ Monitored construction sites to ensure that procedures, materials and equipment comply with approved project plans, specifications and samples.
▪ Provided technical guidance to the partners about implementation of infrastructure projects.
▪ Regularly discussed with Senior Project Engineer about site situations and resolved matters such as work procedures, complaints, and construction problems.
▪ Ensured that monitoring checklists have been properly maintained and documented for each infrastructure project.
▪ Documented and analysed innovative strategies and new approaches
▪ Ensured that all necessary documentation regarding infrastructure projects is properly maintained.
▪ Prepared and maintained monitoring database of infrastructure schemes showing observations, suggestion for improvement and follow up action plan.
▪ Based on monitoring, provided lessons learnt for infrastructure projects to take corrective measures as and when required.
