Identifying, short listing and stimulating the candidates to apply for a job in the organization, also conducting test and interviews and arranging the logistics related to recruitment, selection and induction.
Development of Job Descriptions, preparing advertisements, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
Dealing in issues related to Appointment, Confirmation, Promotion, Re-designation, Increments, and Appreciations.
Analyzing training needs in conjunction with departmental managers and Updating Training Data Base.
Supervise / managing the Company’s payroll system.
Responsible for handling various Employees Benefits provided by the company like, Group Life Insurance, Group Health Insurance, FMR, LFA, VRMA, OPD, PF, EOBI, SESSI, Education CESS etc.
