Managing the Cash /Remittances and foreign exchange functions in the branch to
ensure delivery of quality service to customers, the projection of a professional and
warm image, maintenance of operational controls and continuous improvement in
operational efficiency.
To ensure proper check and control are in place to avoid any potential losses and
contain the same at zero.

- Managing service delivery - Observation of queue time and length and taking action as needed to capacities serving counters and/or managing customer traffic.
- Processing of all activities pertaining to ATM Operations and ensure ATM cash is balanced with BBS ATM cash on daily basis.
- Business development and revenue generation.
Handaling Of Remitances
- Issuance & cancellation of Pay-Orders, Demand Drafts, Fixed Deposit receipts.
- Inward & outward Clearing
- Encashment of foreign currencies into Pak rupees.
- Standing instructions regarding transfers, profit calculation & Disbursement.
- Balancing of Security stationary.
- Stop Payments.
- ATM replenishment.
- Record of captured cards and process flow for their disposal.
- Responsible for Counter Services at the Branch with a view to achieving timely and accurate processing of deliverables in a personalized environment.
