• Familiarized in the use of Quality Management Information system (QMIS) also known as the E-log system, as a procedure in seeking approval for every activity from the client (Saudi Aramco) as a requirement.
• Procedures are outlined in the Saudi Aramco Typical Inspection Plan in all discipline. Preparing Contractor Inspection Checklist (CIC) and ITP.
• To familiarize oneself to all Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), Saudi Aramco Material System Specifications (SAMSS), the ASTM requirements, ACI, PIPS and all relative standards being used as reference by the client.
• Performs daily QC inspections and Material Receiving Inspection with Saudi Aramco inspectors.
• Prepare project quality records in connection with the inspection performed.
• Follow up inspection process such as Sub-grade compaction, Pre- pour & Concrete placement inspection, Concrete coating, Backfilling, Pre-cast panel erection, Grouting and all related civil works.
• Checking that executions are worked based on the latest revisions of IFC drawings.
• Checking all relevant SAIC’s (Saudi Aramco Inspection Checklist) are being implemented and executed.
• Preparing RFI (Request for Inspection), Certifications and Required turnover documents of the project.
• Preparing and Issue Non-Conformances to materials and works not conforming to or in violation of the required specifications, standards and shop drawings.
• Preparing project quality records in association with inspection and test plan.
• Preparation of quality control charts and standard division charts for monthly review.
• Preparation ITP, testing of soil, site inspection and preparing documents.
• Issuing NCR in the event of non-conforming work done by contractor reviewed and recommend approval of corrective and preventive actions and monitor site implementations.

• Monitor and verify that the work execution and implementation are as per approved procedures, approved specifications and approved drawings.
• Inspecting that housekeeping procedures are followed at jobsite, tools and equipment are properly maintained and safety rules are strictly enforced
• Attending site coordination meeting with contractors regarding construction related problems and recommend solution.
• Supervising construction of every works such as earthwork excavation including masonry work of construction, raft foundation works, spread footings, grillage foundation, RCC works etc.
• Inspecting and verifying the materials, doing the sieve analysis for the fine aggregate and coarse aggregate activities.
• Monitoring step by step the fabrication work-in progress, quality control of concrete works, monitoring all civil works, fill up quality check list, and submitting daily, weekly, monthly, progress report to higher authority to making the monthly report
• Supervising construction activates and ensures that all are in accordance with the approved plans and specifications. Preparing construction schedules, manpower and equipment schedule for client's approval.
• Consulting effectively with all concerned departments to expedite the work in progress / in hand ensuring timely completion.
• Inspecting the site before starting every items of RCC work, supplying all required materials to RCC work.
• Inspecting form work of RCC work, steel structural work and making the arrangements to the requirements.
