• Supervision of RC drilling for development, exploration programs and water boreholes around the pit.
• Involving in Ore markup, Ore spotting and Pit walls mapping and interpretation.
• Planning and Supervision of Grade control and chips logging in the pit.
• Involving in update drill plan holes, drill hole register, create samples into acquire, importing assays into acquire, checking on QAQC and importing surveys collars into acquire
• Updating the geological model with the supervision of Senior Geologist.
• Supervision of production work.
• Contributing to the EOM (end of month) reconciliation.
• Participation in weekly and monthly report writings.
• Geophysical survey: Ground EM, Borehole survey using sling ram, fixed and coincident loops, solenoid survey.

Reconnaissance soil Sampling
Grid loam and detailed sampling.
Stream sampling from both recent to palaeo channel
Target generation resulting from various sampling phases, ground followup of magnetic targets generated from aeromagnetic survey, monthly and quartely reporting.
• Supervising both RC and DDH drilling
• Logging both RC Chips and Diamond Core Samples and Sections interpretation, Planning drill holes (infill holes) with the aid of assay data and lithological logging as interpreted from sections to identify potential areas for gold spatial distribution in relation to structures and lithological units.
• Trench sampling and Geological Mapping aimed to develop and improve geologic models that can be used to help target exploration for similar mineralisation identified. The results of this program were presented as a series of revised geological cross sections, surface geologic and grade distribution maps and assay long section through each of the mineralised zone explored.

• Coordinate Pit Technician activities, monitor safety, standard of work and attendance/roster coverage

In this Project, the following tasks were performed and report submitted to the Geology Department of the University of Dar es Salaam;
