Stakeholder Management: Responsible for customer satisfaction and daily relationship and coordination with Customer, Consortium Partner, Architects, Consultants, Government Authorities subcontractors, and local administrations
- Assist in the development, review and approval of MEP contracts, construction plans, work breakdown structure, detailed scope descriptions, detailed schedules, risk management approach, milestone descriptions, budgets and staffing requirements
- Manage and lead MEP subcontractors throughout the duration of the project
- Tackling monthly IPC and make sure to meet the cash flow program
- Take overall responsibility for the performance of all MEP trades
- Manages equipment quality including review of Specifications, bid analysis, PO's, Submittals, freight/logistics, care/custody, protection, installation, startup, and commissioning.
- Supervise review and coordination of submittals and shop drawings
- Project Start-Up and mobilization
- Plan and perform site Work Inspection on Buildings works, such as Power Distribution, Lighting, CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, HVAC, Fire suppression, Lifts
- Reporting and communication: production of weekly and monthly reports internally and externally
- Quality Assurance documentation and registers in relation to the assigned work on the project
Conduct value-engineering studies of alternative design approaches
- Chair and conduct regular project meetings.
- Manage subcontractor closeout, transfer of utilities, owner training, as-builts and punch list process
- Implementation of any new policies and procedures relating to the execution process
- Additional duties as required
- Plans and coordinates all on-site MEP activities to comply with applicable owner contract documents, engineer and government specifications, requirements and codes
-Coordinates with suppliers, contractors, clients, and client representatives to determine project scope
- Establishes and conducts internal audits to insure quality
- Research and develop solutions to MEP problems and conflicts
- Assists in the review and processing of MEP shop drawings and other submittals
- Process Request for Information (RFI) and change order requests
- Coordinate MEP drawings to insure all systems work within space constraints and code
- Assist in reviewing purchase documents
- Implement and aggressively enforce company safety program and practices to create a safe and
healthy work environment

- Responsible for continuously expanding and updating professional knowledge and honing skills in
order to enhance individual and team innovation and productivity

Responsibilities /Tasks as Head of Electromechanical:
- Incorporate where possible energy saving technologies into design specification
- Monitors the work of various project implementation teams to ensure optimum coordination and integration
- Procurement of electrical & mechanical materials
- Calculations, site inspection reports
- Planning the sequence of works according to the overall project time frame
- Coordination between electrical, mechanical, and civil works
- Financial control of expenses according to the initial budget

- Pe-Opening operation preparation after receiving the property from contractor and snag list elaboration
- Building the maintenance team structure
- Customization of SOP to suit the Hotel systems and concept as directed by GM
- Ensure the smooth daily operation and guest appeal of the hotel
- Implementation of the maintenance management software to organize the work orders, preventive maintenance schedule, spare parts control, Inventory monitoring…
- Rooms Check list development
- Coordination with other departments
- Training and development of the team members
- Conduct biannual staff appraisals and performance reviews
- Utility consumption monitoring and optimization
- Budget Control by preparing comprehensive budgets and forecasts to ensure the efficient and cost effective operation of the department
- Inventory control
- Invitation for tenders and quotations, negotiates, finalize and awards the contract for maintenance and other works
- Ensure the Property Life & Fire Safety through applying the related procedure and needed training
- Setting up short and long term goal for the department to continuously optimize its performance and to achieve a higher guest satisfaction
- Attending the morning brief and interacting with other departments
- Collaboration in elaboration of new project as requested by GM within the Hotel premises
