Review & Monitor Site progress on daily basis.
Review planning Schedule submitted by Contractor and advice for corrections and modifications
Checking & Certification of Main Contractor Bills
Assist Client on Procurement & Rate finalization of Joint procurement Items (Basic rate items)
Preparation of Milestone breakup schedule in co-ordination with contractor for Bill Certification.
Tracking of Progress, Budget position and give Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports to Client.
Interaction with vendors, Contractors, Consultant Engineers to get price feedback / inputs from the market.
Co-ordination with Contractor, Consultant & architects to get drawings on time and solving all Drawing co-ordination issues.
QS for the Project (JPP Items when required by Client)
Maintain Deviation statement and reporting to Client
Read received drawings and raise RFI in concern with site engineer.
Site assets & records maintenance.
Maintain delay records.
Projects Handled:
Residential complex for Godrej Properties Ltd named Godrej Palm grove having 14 Towers (G+Stilt+18 floors) combined with 1, 2 & 3BHK Models 72 to 180 Units each (Incl Phase 1 & 2) with Centralized STP, WTP, and Swimming pool with Uninterrupted DG power supply. - Gold rated Green Building. (12.5 Acres).
