As a Head of HR/Recruitment team- I am managing the HR/Recruitment team and responsible for co-ordination of all HR/Recruitment activities (expats & nationals) for TCO (Chevron), NCOC (Shell), Maersk (Total) and KPO (Shell) Engineering, Commissioning, Construction, Maintenance& Operations projects and Office staff.
Responsible for delivering of the Company goals
Development of HR strategy, policies, procedures and personnel adaptation plan

Selected as an Employee representative to manage of Collective Agreements, managing of Collective Disputes and their resolution, industrial and labour relations management

Close cooperation with the department managers, principal specialists in accordance with the requirements
Evaluation and selection of the effective source and staff attraction channels as well as methods of assessing candidates, maintenance of records in relation to the closed vacancies
Timely provision of necessary reports and requisitions for the availability of vacancies to state employment agencies, control of posting vacancies and verbal and written compliance to the published requirements
Providing current KAZ market rates to Estimating group (Aberdeen)
