Assisted in organisational transformation of the major state owned player of the Hungarian energy sector for 16 months with PwC enabling strategic initiatives of the company. Largest programme in Hungary at the time with over 12 management consultancies and 270 employees involved.
PMO team member: As a team member of the PMO I participated in the coordination of 22 projects grouped under 6 sub-programmes, encompassing almost all areas within the organisation. Responsible for programme monitoring, reporting and quality assurance framework, provided project management guidelines, templates for the implementation projects. Prepared roadmap, regular status reports, presentations on key milestones and achievements, risks and issues, decision preparatory documents to the Programme Manager and Board of the company.
- Workstream lead of subsidiary implementation of new group policies: Responsible for coordination and quality assurance and review of the subsidiary implementation of the 40 new group level policies and associated more than 300 processes coordinating 3 people.
- Workstream lead of ICT design implementation: responsible for implementation of ICT design into policies and procedures. Developed 2 group level ICT policies and associated 28 processes (in Visio, and later in ARIS), with corresponding DoA and RACI, coordinating 1 person.

Sustainability report audit product development with a PwC Senior Manager (including market research, forecasting, planning).

Coordination and delivery of internal audit and sustainability audit projects.

Contribute to Project and Programme Management Competence Centre with development of PMO framework, starters kit.
