Assist in checking out kitchen, service and bar during the shift. Managing the 15 pax team. Resolving customer complaints. Preparing restaurant and employees for shifts and ensuring the restaurant is ready to open according to the corporate standards. Communicating with employees to keep them informed of restaurant, regional and corporate procedures. Communicating with managers to evaluate work procedures, respond proactively to any needs that have arisen. Evaluating condition of equipment, conducting routine maintenance and minor repairs to ensure smooth operation and save costs. Fixing minor equipment problems or calling for maintenance assistance when necessary.
