Working within the Group Risk Management function; key member in evolving the function and enhancing risk maturity within the group, responsible for:
• Project management and coordination of the ongoing Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) IT system implementation (multiple modules over several phases for group-wide roll-out) - includes sub-project oversight and prioritisation, scope management, vendor management, budget control, plan and schedule management, risk and issue tracking and business analysis
• Change Manager: planning and monitoring communication and awareness to support process change adoption and manage the impact on various affected groups created by new organisation-wide system implementation
• Managing stakeholder relationships (business division managers) - addressing needs and expectations in relation to the project activities and resulting change
Role: Senior Consultant
Working in a professional services consultancy environment, responsibilities and skills include:
• Engagement management & co-ordination; working with junior consultants on various client engagements - managing delivery team and coordinating with, often, senior executives at the client side.
• Client relationship management; relationship building, identifying client pain points and opportunities, deliverable quality review and management, effective client communications
Advisory:
• Risk advisory; implementing risk frameworks with focus on information risk management, performing IT governance and operations-specific risk assessments
• Process implementation / improvement projects delivery; optimization of alignment between ISO20000 and ISO27001 management systems
• Integrated Management Systems (IMS); managed initial implementation and process integration between Information Security, Business Continuity, IT Service Management, Environmental Management, Health & Safety, and Quality management systems to respective ISO standards.
• Designing and developing strategy, policy, process, procedural and guideline documentation, defining and monitoring performance metrics, design and management of awareness campaigns and training
Assurance:
• IT audit, governance and programme/project management reviews against risk based framework and international standards such as ITIL and COBIT
