COSTA MARE Villa / Villa DelMar /NOMA Hotel /Delmar Suites / Perla Suites

I worked on a 24/7 basis. Salary & commission based.
√ I assisted in the preopening process of the 5* luxury boutique hotel NOMA.NOMA was officially launched on June 10th, 2022. I coordinated contractors, suppliers and oversaw the procurement of goods
√ I supervised 3 Front Desks (Delmar, Perla, Noma), 1 unified FB function, 2 Housekeeping groups and Concierge Services (Sales).
√ I was Responsible for monitoring the day to day operations of COSTA MARE Villa and Villa Delmar, managing guests and being in constant contact with the outsourced Reservations and Revenue department in Piraeus (Hotel Operation).
√ I monitored monthly budgets and controlled costs.Suggested alterations and initiated improvements.
√ I monitored all day to day payment records and reported daily to the Managing Director.
√ Liaised with external agencies to promote the assets or as mediators to our guests’ reservations.
√ I Suggested improvements and plan adjustments for our assets ranging from technical issues to the delivery of services.
√ I handled emergencies of any sort.Currently seeking to be certified in First Aid which I am lacking.
