Reviews applications, performs pre-assessment and shortlists suitable candidates to send out to clients. Provides candidates with advices on their applications, interviews and overview of the market trend. Arranges interviews and gives feedbacks to the candidates. Coordinates with candidates regarding documents for mobilization. Builds relationship with candidates and becomes their focal point of contact. Maintains an organized system of candidates' or contractors' 201 files. Generates reports to client as well as internal use.
