•Assists to ensure sales target is achieved and that all sales opportunities are maximized.
•Monitors and aligns Store Management Team regarding store activities, item movement, replenishment, out-of-stock, etc.
•Participates in leading the store/showroom team in planning and organizing additional opportunities to promote sales.
•Checks and monitors standard application of in-store/showroom displays/designs of the Visual Merchandising.
•Checks that guidelines and standards for visual presentation and store/showroom interior designing are being followed.
•Ensures that all staff attains highest possible levels of customer service, manpower and work productivity.
•Ensures delivery of highest standards of in-store/showroom training including weekly communication meetings, regular debriefs product knowledge and on-job trainings.
