Assisting children with language development. particularly spoken language, through discussion, play and storytelling.
➢ Engaging children in learning activities linked to the classroom lesson planning.
➢ Assisting children's personal hygiene, toileting, nappy changing and social skills training.
➢ Sharing in the general care, supervision and learning of the children during the school day, both indoors and outdoors.
➢ Promoting the inclusion of all pupils within the classroom and school.
➢ Assisting preparation of materials and displays with class teacher.
➢ Providing regular feedback about the children to the teacher and classroom team.
➢ Making sure that the classroom is orderly and areas of the room are kept clean and tidy.
