Job Responsibility:
Monitoring & Controlling Parameters in Process to ensure for Safe Operation
❖ Checks, operates, monitors and observes all
activities/situations on plant equipment within the assigned
area
❖ Operate the plant from field cum local panel & Control on Process parameters troubleshooting, Start-up/Shut-down
operations from Panel cum field.
❖ Logs and records all plant running parameters and reports
back giving detailed information of any abnormalities and defect
❖ Monitoring equipments for any abnormality and logging the readings according the timing.
❖ Ahere to the management Policies, instructions
❖ Ability to communicate clearly by Wireless radio and by other
means.
❖ Emergency Handling like Power Failure, Steam & Instrument
Air Failure, Process upsets
❖ Coordinates Plant startups and shutdowns responsibility.
Periodic equipment changeovers.
❖ Exposure in Utilities section like Cooling Towers,
Chillers, Boilers, Air Compressors, ETP, Flares operations
❖ Operation of various running equipment & Startup, Shut
down, Stabilise & monitoring
❖ Adapt to preventive and minor maintenance. Ensuring proper
House keeping and Safety.
❖ Fire Alarm and Gas Detection System related work such as troubleshooting, testing and commissioning
❖ Oil Movement and Storage (OM & S), Tank farm
❖ Commissioning of other downstream and upstream plants
operates through PLC, SCADA, DCS based system
❖ Exposure with mechanical maintenance clearance, ensuring
gases and liquids are purged, flushed and cooled in safe
manner
❖ Maintains a high standard of HSE
❖ Maintaining Plant Safety and Enforcing Environmental Rules.

Responsibilities: Operation and Maintenance of HP Compressor,
LP Compressor, croginicpumps and Other Mechanical Distribution System.
Equipments Handled:
❖ Handling the individual shift activities and routine jobs.
❖ Checking all Mechanical Equipments and parameters.
❖ Allotting Jobs for contract labors and supervising the jobs.
❖ Co-ordinate with WARTSILA person for power plant operation 2.775 MW (2 Nos)
❖ Co-ordinate with our reliability person for shutdown jobs
❖ Co-ordinate with our Engineers for smooth operation of our plant without any problem
❖ Co-ordinate with Mechanical and Instrument for smooth running the plant.
❖ Collecting the vibration Data's for mechanical equipments
❖ Planning and execution of annual shut down jobs.
❖ Installation of new MECHANICAL Equipments.
AL-WATANIA POULTRY (POWER PLANT)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
❖ Working as a Senior Mechanical Operator in AL-WATNIA POULTRY POWER PLANT. Where, they have a 48MW low speed, medium speed, high speed engines of power plant, comprising 12*3MW + 2*6MW, 16*400kwh. DUETZ S/BV 16M 640, S/BV 16M 628 . Here we perform all the routine maintenance and major overhauling of the said engines by our own.
❖ Having good exposure to handle Dismandle & Assemble of engine parts such as piston, main bearing, cylinder head, injector, Injection pump & etc. Also having enough knowledge about Engine Auxiliary equipments such as WESTFALIA SEPARATORS, BOLL & KIRCH AUTO BACK FLUSH (L.F.O / H.F.O & L.O) and All type of PUMPS.
❖ Responsible to operate the engine and monitor parameters of L.O, L.F.O / H.F.O, & Cooling water pressure & Temperature and also of Auxiliary equipments
❖ To handle regular mechanical maintenance of engine & it's auxiliaries during planned and unplanned shutdown together with mechanical technicians team..
❖ Conducted Tool box meeting every week.
❖ To achieve Zero Accident by Observing Safety policies & propose improvement and modification.

➢ Basic Operations of Computer.
