1. Prepare work for new projects and renewals to be estimated by gathering proposal information, specifications and related inputs from relevant stakeholders.

7. Conduct independent basic contract reviews on all types of contract documents (e.g. NDA, LOA, formal contracts, etc.) to support management team by flagging key risk areas.
8. Evaluate the performance of existing client’s contracts by reviewing the actual cost and revenues against the tendered values.
9. Manage the process, with the wider team, of tracking and implementing contract renewals, extensions and variations to ensure that the business is protected from risk.
10. Prepare regular/ad hoc reports as required by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends.
11. Maintain cost data base by entering and backing up data.
12. Maintain technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing technical publications.
13. Escalate issues to the right people appropriately and meets deadlines with accurate output.
