Instituting flexible programs for training and education, and

- Coordinate with Training Team in facilitating the Nesting
Process.
- Collate data from Operation department for use in creating
‘Grow Session’ materials.
- Conduct ‘Grow Session’.
- Provides latest updates and development from client.
- Facilitates huddles to ensure everyone understood and
aware of new development.
- Submit data to ensure the accomplishments of task
assigned.
- Do monthly assessment to monitor individual’s
development and progress.
- Do call audit and reviews
- Look for companies needing manpower supplies.
- Coordinate with tie up agency in processing manpower application and process.
- Coordinate with HR to ensure that policy are well explained to employer and applicants.
- Communicate with employers about selection process, guidelines and procedures.
