I was the managing editor of both sayidaty online & offline arabic website & magazine beside monitoring the english website abouther.com. I was responsible for the whole editorial process with a group of editors & art directors & graphic designers .I supervise & oversee the editorial production beside allocating the work to editors. this includes generating story ideas, planning & assigning.
