-Designed and managed the construction of Sheikh Seif Bin Mohamad Al Nahyan mosque in South Lebanon.
-Managed the preparation and submittal of technical and financial bids resulting in the award of four large-scale local development Projects.
-Planned all crucial project development and implementation details, following cost-effective and environmental-friendly construction methods.
-Created progress reports to justify payments and ensured funds are available to keep projects moving.
-Ensured a constant supply of materials and assisted in appointing subcontractors to complete specific works.
-Consulted with clients to determine their requirements and lead projects from early concept through design development that includes private villas, palaces, residential buildings. healthcare facilities, shopping malls and hotels.
-Supervised the construction of Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Hospital in South Lebanon.
-Designed and Supervised the construction of Sheikh Khalifa Bin Zayed Dormitory in South Lebanon.
-Compiled architectural feasibility studies and reports, estimated costs and determined projects timelines.
