• Implementation of ERP system - Responsible for implementing the ERP system into the whole company
• Customization of ERP system - This process happened at the early stages of the ERP - assessing the key points for each department and their strengths and weaknesses. this aided the evaluation into where best to add the ERP to help document and improve communication to all departments
• Point of contact of queries - After the ERP system had gone live, I was the main point of contact for any and all queries. This position gave me a better understanding of all departments and how they work
• Training on procedures - We held training sessions and follow up sessions to ensure all personnel we comfortable in with the new system and their part in it
• Weekly presentations / Event evenings - To keep the staff and managers up to date with the latest products and beauty processes. We arranged to hold demos and beauty events to reward current clients and also to introduce the line to potential clients
• Product showcases- This covers a wide range including product placement, display and advertising
• Customer relations - I kept a full client database, up to date with client purchases and preferences. Along with client details, such as birthdays and anniversaries and arranged invites to our demos and personal one to one sessions to encourage invested clients
• Training - I conducted regular training for new employees to the company on health, safety and company guideline
• Employee relations - I was the main point of contact for vendors, advertisers, government departments and employees and handled all appointments,
• Event management -We held monthly events for different groups in the community such as coffee mornings and themed evenings
• Personal Image development - I learned and taught the basis of all image related fasits - Image, Colour and Style
• Customer relations - When I joined, it was a newly established company, consisting of core clients so we worked on establishing new clients to the company. I was the main point of contact for client appointments and handling any client queries and aftercare.
• Organization client privilege events - I initiated events and a reward scheme to existing clients if they introduce new client to the company
• Product showcase - This covered a wide range including product placement, display, events and advertising
• Procurement of products/Running stock room - We re-established the existing method and streamlined the process. Making monthly invoices instead of visit by visit for regularly used vendors. Stick forecasting to coincide with events happening in the salon. Issuing purchase orders and agreeing payment terms. Checking invoices and making entries into the database
