Establishing healthy relationships with line managers to identify the Manpower requirements.
Creating a pool of qualified candidates, Screening, filtering of resumes, reviewing applications form, short-listing.
Update vacancies tracker and provide summary report to Line Manager on weekly basis.
Coordinate Training Program with the talent manager and prepare the sheet of training.
Collect vacations papers of the employees and prepare the attendance sheet.
•Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member. - Meet and greet clients and visitors. - Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office. -Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, faxing, mailing.
•Setup and coordinate meetings and conferences, and helping all the Directors of the head office.
