1. Act as Finance business partner engaging with business units in delivering results against forecast, managing the annual operating budget and outlook years as well as providing support in relation to financial targets and cost optimisation opportunities.
2. Supporting the business unit in reporting of monthly results, quarterly reforecasts, trend cost reporting/analysis and LNG Revenue Forecast.
3. Responsible for monthly closing, reconciliations and reporting in compliance with company's financial deadlines.
4. Communication between Transport Dept & Toyota invoice to match the Service entry sheet and do a monthly charge out journals for Group/ Department Managers vehicle cost and drivers cost - and monthly accruals for vehicles and drivers.
5. Check contract services, Invoice coding and TOFA assignment.
6. Process SAP LIV Finance invoices:
A) Contracts Section Generated agreements (> $ 50, 000)
Create Services Requisition, Assign & Process Requisition in to Service Order, Create service Entry Sheets.
B) System Generated MWO (< $ 50, 000)
Create RFQ (Request for Quotation, Print & Send to potential bidders, Enter & Evaluate the quotation in SAP ESM, Select the winner quotation, Create Award Proposal, Convert RFQ to MWO, Print and send to Vendor for signing and service submission, Create service Entry Sheets in SAP ESM.
1. File the consolidated management records and financial performance reports within the stipulated time frame to support and facilitate management requirements, stewardship and decision-making.
2. Provide support in the areas of Typical responsibilities of the
job include: answering telephone calls, maintaining diaries, stationery orders, arranging appointments, taking messages, typing and word processing, filing, organising and servicing meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes), managing databases, prioritising workloads, recruiting, training, handling correspondence, implementing new desk guides and administrative systems, liaising with relevant
organisations, coordinating mail-shots and similar publicity
tasks
3. Developing advanced presentations supported with charts and Graphs.
4. Maintaining computer files/ directories and database.
5. Upload files from shared drives to SharePoint and maintain access restriction and versioning.
6. Store, manage and track company documents.
7. Scan, image, organize and maintain documents, adhering to the company's document lifecycle procedures, and archive inactive records in accordance with the records retention schedule. A large part of the job is to control the retrieval of documents.
8. Receive and process Requests for Information from employees or clients and maintain the requests via tracking logs.
9. Create new templates (Budget book 2009)-(Cost stewardship book cover).
10. Sometimes help managers develop and maintain documents such as meeting minutes, drawings, specifications, approvals and related items.
11. Responsible for training employees on records management procedures and policies, which include documentation, retention, retrieval, destruction and disaster recovery.
12. Assist with file migrations and audits
- Answering telephone calls, arranging appointments, taking messages, typing and word processing, filing, organising meetings, managing databases, prioritising workloads, handling correspondence, store all Educational / Entertainment school trips pictures and use them in designing the weekly magazine, coordinating SMS parental/Teachers messaging and similar publicity tasks
