Job Description:
• Supports the operations and processes of Preliminary, Design Development, Tender and Construction stages of the Project.
• Attends coordination meeting together with other discipline to prevent any gaps within the project development.
• Actively coordinate with all of the project team members to avoid construction difficulties and come up with a good resolution that may occur in an effective and timely manner.
• Provides Assistance to Lead Architect, Project Managers and Project Engineers.
• Ensure Quality work for drawings or other submittals necessary for the project
• Prepares 3-Dimensional drawing as a medium of presentation for the client or customer’s desire
• Provides manual or free-hand sketches during the schematic stage
• In charge with the architectural planning of the LRT FXH-01 and FXH-03.
• Assists the Lead Architect with the conceptual planning and design of Centralized Customs Inspection Area (CCIA).
• Helped in preparation of EPIC drawings for Qatar Petroleum projects.
• Assists in preparing landscaping drawings and documents.
• Helped in preparations for the submission of DC-1 Drawings (Building plans- Life Safety Drawings) and DC-2 Drawings (FF, FA, MV).
• In charge for the reviews and responses of RFI’s for the Container Terminal 1 (CT1) (NPP0026, NPP0032, NPP0057), 9254 and Container Terminal 2 (CT2) Hamad Port Project Construction Support Package.
• Reviewing, responding to and acceptance of shop drawings, material submittals and design related questions.
• In charge for the Reviews of the Building Design Consultant’s (BDC) work and Comment Response Sheet (CRS) Revisions.
• Attends meeting and workshops together with the Project Management Consultant (PMC) and Building Design Consultant (BDC).
• Acts also as Architect / Engineering Coordinator for the Container Terminal 1 (CT1) - 9224/9254/9255 Construction Support Packages dealing with Project Management Consultant, Project Managers and Lead Discipline Reviewer.

• Meets and coordinates with consultants, contractors, and suppliers during different stages of the project
• Assists the Principal Architect and Project-in-Charge with the supervision of work during the construction phase of the project.
