Acting as Project Coordinator for Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi (since February 2017). This involves overseeing the execution of projects and ensuring they are delivered in agreed timelines, as well as contributing to PR strategy meetings, campaign management, completing media relation requests, media trips and internal communication tasks
• Efficiently and effectively plan and manage events such as Dubai International Boat Show and GITEX 2016 (including planning press conferences, media tours, analysis meetings, advocate briefings, product launches, official store and restaurant openings, media centres and conducting media training before big events)
• Strategized, implemented and monitored annual/quarterly public relations plans (aligning with marketing budgets and key audience) from scope of work provided for accounts such as Deerfields Mall
• Involved in the launch of mobile phone products and retail stores for Axiom Telecom by using media relations and providing events management.

• Prepared media monitoring, clipping, status and activity, monthly coverage and wrap up event reports.

I was offered a week's internship as an insight into the hotel industry where I rotated in the various operational departments. I was on a rotational program in the following business functions:
• Food and Beverage - Overview of the operational management of in room services, and being involved in the booking of Christmas brunches with the customers. I also was proactively involved and learnt about the management of The Talk and Soul restaurants, using the hotel's PROTEL and Opera management system to track bookings and visitor information.
• Sales - I updated Sales Reports and Logs by extracting information from signed business proposals, which gave information to hotel management regarding end of day sales revenues. I also used and understood the PROTEL system which shows the percentage of rooms occupied daily, and general events in Dubai which are important factors for sales strategy. I accompanied Sales Managers on business visits to corporate clients discussing 2016 contracts with Moevenpick, which lead to creating Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
• Marketing - I learnt how Moevenpick advertise their hotel in magazines and radio, the importance and how to use social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) for boosting the Moevenpick brand, and understanding the process of PR releases.

I am currently working as a Business Analyst for Retail Business Systems (RBS) In Allianz Insurance. RBS is responsible for the Development and Acceptance testing of all Retail products across the Direct, Speciality, Corporate Partner and Broker business channels. Main duties of the analysis role are:
• Assisting with the delivery of projects, tasks, governance and processes to ensure an effective service to Retail Division
• Owning key change initiatives for Retail Business Systems
• Occasional Project Management of smaller Retail initiatives and projects
• Identify and help embed best practise in Retail Business Systems
• Own the delivery of the innovation program for Retail Business Systems across multi sites
• Be a proactive member of the Retail Business Systems senior team: including helping with delivery of identified team priority initiatives including team engagement actions and improvement initiatives
• Identify, design and maintain appropriate processes to implement change
• Use of appropriate internal methodologies for delivery of change
• Assist in the production of clear, well structured reports and business cases
• Identify and assist in presentations to Retail and third parties
• Partake in Business and Operational analysis activities in support RBS initiatives and projects

Responsible for co-ordinating and organising all pre-planned patient transport journeys for a busy NHS Trust. This meant maximising the resources available to efficiently plan the scheduling of outward journeys on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
• Liaising between all levels of NHS staff from drivers to consultants across multiple hospital sites
• Accurately recording patient’s booking requests onto the Patient Transport Service computer system
• Liaising with ambulance crews to allocate additional work or cancellations as and when required
• Handling high volumes of calls and queries to effectively manage the computerised booking and resource scheduling system
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with patients to ensure smooth running of the department and following patient safety procedures

I worked on a promotional campaign for Britvic soft drinks in a telemarketing and sales team. This involved communicating with clients at various hotels, restaurants and pubs. My role was to persuade clients to sign onto the promotional campaign, effectively selling the benefits and accurately recording details. At the end of the campaign I achieved the highest number of successful sales calls.
Responsibilities:
• Following specific instructions and carrying them out as quickly and accurate as possible
• Strong confidence and communication skills were needed; so the commitment of the clients was gained to purchase the products
• Making sure the information given by clients was correct on the database, and using a survey system to fill out details of the clients
• Producing effective and quick solutions for customers if they had any problems
