• Handle other essential tasks like merchandising, housekeeping and stocking. Maintain the shop to appear in an appealing and presentable manner
• Handle the tasks of getting clothes and accessories for trial
• Responsible for providing knowledge of the fabrics and materials to customer

 Liaising and networking with a range of oversees customers in Russia, Belarus and Ukraine and managing customer relationships;
 managing the production of marketing materials, including leaflets, posters, flyers, newsletters and e-newsletters and DVDs;
 Perform structure drawings for industrial plants to manage effectively the solar heating & cooling systems.
 Liaising with designers and printers;
 Maintaining and updating customer databases;
 Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions;
 Contributing to and developing marketing plans and strategies;
 Supporting the marketing manager and other colleagues.

 Assign and monitor clerical, administrative and secretarial responsibilities and tasks among office staff
 Coordinate office staff activities to ensure maximum efficiency and evaluate and manage staff performance.
