Working as snr.Project Engineer with Enshaat Al Sayer KERP soil remediation project inside KOC worth 250..5 million dollar funded by UNCC
My role is coordinate between all subcontractors doing Ground Truthing/facilities investigation/soil sampling/ BAC clearance/Excavation/transportation and soil remediation.
Key Result Areas:
●Directing evaluation of project, present cost / benefits analysis at project decision points for maintenance of residential buildings .
●Coordinating with: o MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Teams to finish their work according to the requirements and plan of work o Technical Team for any discrepancies in drawings or site clarifications
●Working out quantities for Excavations, Steel, Concrete, Blocks, Paint, Plaster to assist quantity surveyor
●Streamlining the finishing work and checking the Sub-contractor bills by coordinating with diferent subcontractors
●Ensuring: o High HSE standard are strictly adhered by checking the work permits from KIPIC o KOC standards and specifications are implemented and reviewed by QA\QC dept.
●Dealing with Client and KOC Management Team for site visits and inspection
●Reviewing contract and shop drawing and notifying technical teams on any diferences
●Finalizing requirements and specifications in consultation with clients as well as project scheduling including material & manpower planning
●Anchoring on-site maintenance activities to ensure completion of work within the time & cost parameters and efective resource utilization to maximize the output
●Participating in project review meetings for tracking maintenance progress & de-bottlenecking & implementation of QA/QC procedures as per norms and standards
●Developing project baselines, monitoring & controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time overruns and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of
I worked with Dar Al Handasah Consultancy as Site Inspector duty and responsibility includes site supervision/site progress/and QA/QC inspection of rebar/formwork and concreting at palm Jumeirah Marina residential towers with 14 floors and double floor town houses between six towers on a circle.Shimzu corporation, Japan was. Our contractor and Nakheel developers were our client for project management and site supervision our company Dar Al Handasah did perfect job with timely completion of this Project to Nakheel developers
I worked with Naboodah Laing O’ROURKE at Dubai International Airport Expansion phase-II, it consist of Terminal-3 and conxourse-2 with car-paek and Mosque.It was a 2 billion U.S. dollar project where I was working as an Engineer.My duties and responsibilities include construction of rafts, columns retaining walls, Skin walls, slabs and Apron slab..
