2. Review day to day work permits and interaction with process department to maintain health and availability of rotating and reciprocating machineries of plants.
3. Preparation of weekly and monthly report of maintenance activities, updating equipment maintenance history.
4. Planning, scheduling and controlling the Annual Turnaround of all critical jobs Preparation of turnaround report & advice management for future requirements.
5. Development implementation & execution of annual preventive maintenance schedule of reciprocating compressors and supporting auxiliary equipments.
6. Condition monitoring of rotary compressors and steam turbines with related auxiliaries.
7. Execution and supervision of major and minor overhauls of turbo compressors.
8. Monitoring and analysis of DCS readings and trends, for problem identification and resolution. Study of complex vibration problems of critical machines with- help of SYSTEM 1, a machinery diagnostic system of G.E (previously known as Bentley Nevada) and finalize actions for resolution of problems.
9. Inspection of critical items like rotor, inner casing, diaphragms, journal and thrust bearings, labyrinth seals which are removed in shutdown, identifying the defects & finalizing action plan for repair of components or for new purchase.
10. Trouble shooting and problem solving of lube oil/seal oil and different types of governing system of M/S Woodward, BHEL, Siemens etc
11. Analysis and RCA of breakdown of equipment and solving the repetitive maintenance problems & enhancing life between turn around.

13. Inspection of new spares and repairing of spares at repair works of supplier
14. Team building & subordinate development.
15. ISO -14001 & OHSAS-18001 compliance.
