Midas Next Media Pvt. Ltd. is 24 year old Events & Brand Activation company. It's been recently acquired by a large Software group - Tejora Technologies Ltd.
My role includes:
- Streamlining business processes to have a stronger collaboration with partners and clients post the acquisition
- Providing strong creative and business vision
- Business development, Project Management & Execution
- Revenue generation through new account development and key account management
- Process establishment and compliance - Building the business and ensuring process compliance
A short term consulting project with Wizcraft International Entertainment Pvt. Ltd., an internationally renowned Entertainment and Event service provider.
I was appointed to spearhead the smooth execution of the following project.
- National Jewelry Awards 2016: A highly acclaimed rewards and recognition event for Jewelers community of India.
Work profile included:
- Spearhead a team of 35 people in different verticals of Client Servicing, Artist managers, Communication & design team, TV & Event production crews and other ancillary workmen dedicated on the project.
- Envisioned the scope and span of the agency.
