Work Profile:

•Experience in telecom/Translations/Configuration Management on wireless soft switch-WSS (MSC maintenance and configuration).
•Basic Knowledge in IN(SCP, SMS)
•Basic knowledge regarding IMS (Nodes and architecture-I-CSCF/P-CSCF/E-CSCF/S-CSCF, MTAS, SBG).
•IMS Registration/Authentication and Authorization process. (GIBA, AKA, NBA, HTTP Digest).
•Experience on Lucent MSC configurations
•Understanding of complete call flow in Lucent 5E and ECP switching
•Understanding lucent Fscode form, dplan form, ntg, IDDD, TGL, dxdrte, rls in OMP shell (work in linux system)
•Knowledge of North American Numbering scheme
•Knowledge on protocol level of SS7, ISUP, TCAP, etc.
•Hands on experience at capturing and analyzing call traces
•knowledge about billing analysis and AMA records
•Identify and solve problems that require careful analysis by adapting existing procedures, techniques and methods in the area of Translations, and soft bank translations

Experience in routing, configuration, switching, core network changes

•Understanding customer needs related to LERG routing, least cost routing and maintenance of network
•Implement, modify or remove trunk groups
•Implement routing changes on live configurations through Linux commands

•Perform in-depth testing and analysis of routing modifications.
•Analyze reconciliation reports and perform audits utilizing switch data as well as various system data
•Interface and coordinate with Traffic Management, Switch Operations, and SPA to analyze and resolve complex Network difficulties
•Handle and execute the Change Request/Work Order in stipulated time frame
•Interact with Customer’s top level management as and when required
•Responsible for quarterly audit reports and presenting the same.
•Managing telecom Services & end-to-end implementation and delivery of projects of the customers of Sprint (USA).
•Service performance and the traffic load increase monitoring.
•Also help in solving/troubleshooting issue of Trouble ticket on Samsung, lucent, Ericsson Nortel NV switches and any configuration changes on lucent domain.
•Responsible for timely delivery of all activities ex: TT’s, trouble tickets, Number routing, Trunk group (TG)changes, audits etc.
•Handling IPT/VOIP transmission of voice over TDM and IP based network
•experience with NRM, and template process
•Responsible for Load balancing activities in switches so that call never fails and complete every time
