POLDASHT Border Terminal
Responsibilities:
Planning and controlling activities and resources, tracing construction progress, coordinating
several contractors in construction of Poldasht border terminal.
Preparing extra work packages based on contractual terms and according to utilized man power,
machinery and material.
Project control focal point at GTU2, GTU5 & GTU6 areas. Engaged in execution steps along area
manager, attending in consortium daily meetings and any relevant meetings in order to defend from
company work trend.
Compiling punch clearance comprehensive data base and associated plans and reports.
preparation and updating data bases in all disciplines, preparing daily and weekly progress reports.
Preparing weekly, monthly and 3, 6 month look ahead plans.
In charge of preparing company claims against the owner in all disciplines and areas.
Compiling company comprehensive extra work database.
Negotiating with the client on each and every claim package provided by company claim department
based on contractual terms on behalf of the top management.
