Providing requires document from employee file to internal audit during audit period
Receiving and issuing of passport to DWTC employees and updating passport control file and same time issuing passport night, Friday, Saturday also emergency cases.
Coordinate with various staff for operational support activities of the unit; serve as a liaison between departments and operating units in the resolution of day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
Provide Administrative/Secretarial support for various Departments/Divisions such as answering telephones, assisting visitors and resolving a range of administrative problems and inquiries.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, appointments, events and other similar activities for supervisors.
Established and maintains electronic & manual records management system for all incoming and outgoing correspondence.
Doing the correspondence and maintaining a systematic filing system.
Taking all the personal file whenever requires by all HR team and keep recording & updating
