Receiving materials enquiry quotation from K-Group of companies, Chevron etc, expediting materials from manufacturers, receiving and reviewing manufacturers quotations, comparing pricing details various manufacturers, comparing quality details from various manufacturers, discussing technical evaluation with seniors, sending bidding/pricing details to KNPC, KOC, KPC, OSCO, Chevron througho e-tendering, storing soft data in local system, updating regular queries with clients and vendors, filing the documents, checking the bank guarantee requirements
Coordinating with Projects, Handling vendor queries, handling quotations, , handling bank guarantes, Placing orders with equipment vendor and manufactures in consultation with supervisor, handling the administrative position of the work, Maintaining proper documentation on all purchases in maximo for audit and future references, Coordinating with Finance notifying payment due date to vendors at the end of the consignment period, Coordinating with Operational groups and the warehouse personnel, Discussing company requirements in order to obtain best price and delivery, Purchase Order Expediting and communicating with the Vendors for on time delivery of Order, Preparing price agreements of small to moderate value, and loading in Maximo System, Coordinating for clearing of all airport and seaport shipments, And ensuring the safe delivery of the shipment to the consigned location maintaining records, files & statistics on the volume and category of goods received and cleared, Reporting Supervisor with the Shipment details that have been received, Making arrangement for exporting of material, Maintaining a petty cash fund for urgency payments
Maintaining data for all clients as well as Vendors, Preparing Commercial contracts documentation as per Supervisor requirement, Administration of Sub contracts including terms and legal requirement, Administrating all contract related files, Preparing Contracts pricing / quotation related excel spread sheets, Discussing contracts and subcontracts term details with supervisor, enquiring pricing details with various vendors in the market (as EPC related materials), enquiring company required documentation to the Contractors and Subcontractors, Co-ordination with Finance Department
Preparing and Sending pricing quotations to, Various vendors as per Owner Preparing contracts Documentation as per Management Instruction Enquiring Pricing details from various vendors, maintaining all vendor details, Preparing cheques to vendors, Air ticket Co-Ordination
