• Visiting project site / meeting with prospect’s explain company products and services.

• Successfully received LPO from Shannon Eng ( Glass Factory project ) QR300, 000 & Al Ali Int (Lusail security complex Project ) order value QR 180, 000.
• Received LOA from HBK cont company ( Military Hospital) order value 1 million.
• At present having pipeline project value around 20 millions.
Visited project sites, meeting with project managers - generated inquiries and handled full sales cycle.
Customer accounts management and maintaining relationship.
Growing sales with the existing client and constantly sourcing new customers.
Coordinating with logistic / supply chain and production team to ensure relevant stock is delivered on time.
Received customers payment and every day to chase up for the outstanding debts.
Legal collections initiated and received collections call in accordance with the targeted clients
Follow up with the received enquiry from subcontractors, main contractors, applicators, traders, real estate developers, providing samples, submittal, quotation, purchase orders, payments follow up etc.
Provided hands on training at the project site.
Provide realistic forecasting to the management team - annual, quarterly & monthly sales revenue.
Maintain inventory control & determine price and discount rates.
Raised brand awareness through the Dealers/Distributors network.
Inventory Control process / Accurate delivery of products.
Coordination for the launch of the Energy Efficiency visitor centre.
Welcoming of visitors & updating the visitor data base.
