Assist sales manager in the implementation of sales initiatives and strategies.
• Collaborate with the production team and clients to ensure products achieve client specifications.
• Participating in the overall sales process to help the team drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer relations and satisfaction.
• Maintain files in system and database of sales records.
• Prepare and submit submittals and other required documents for the new project as per client requirement.
• Follow up with sales engineers for all sales reports.
• Assign new customers to sales representative.
• Arrange sales meetings and ensure sales representatives meet their quotas and goals.
• Coordinating with other departments motivating staff, handling administrative duties and promoting customer satisfaction.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure sales, marketing, queries and deliveries are handled efficiently.
Developing and Maintaining electronic and physical file records of sales and purchase and provide financial information to the financial
department.
Preparation of Estimate, DO and Invoice using QuickBooks, Zohobooks.
Receive, check and authorize purchase invoices and pay vendor.
Handling orders by phone, email, and checking the orders have correct prices, discounts and product numbers.
Maintain strong working relationships with vendors.
Communicate with clients /Suppliers and evaluate their needs &feedback, arrange appointments and attending the meeting.
Document preparation Inquiry, LPOs.
Ability to understand and analyze the changing trends of the businessscenario in and around the UAE.
Design and maintain all vendor reports and evaluate all issues and assist to prepare all data report for all purchasing system and manage all
buying trends.
Develop plans and calculations for a variety of elements within an engineering project, Under the direct supervision of a senior engineer.
