1. Responsible for check-in process for on-time departures for buses.
2. Responsible for all buses and ground operations such as checking loads, bus handling, placing safety equipments such as fire extinguishers, first aid kits in the buses and on the terminal.
3. Check special requirements for each route, perform all preroute transactions at the gate including special requests and transactions.
4. Direct buses to and from their gate location, make boarding, arrival, and departure announcements, answer questions and offer information on route and terminal related topics.
5. Review Organized and processed approvals for Medicare claims.
6. Respond to questions, handle issues and provide guidance on transactions, inquiries or complaints from both internal and external customers.
7. Received document and resolve customer inquiries by using established best practices.
8. Educated providers and members about products and services over the telephone providing benefit, eligibility, claims, and authorization inquiries.
1. Create and book on average 110 reservations per week.
2. Deal with customer complaints in a calm and professional manner always geared toward resolution.
3. Answer questions courteously regarding ticketing and baggage handling.
4. Announce route status updates and information about gate changes over terminal’s PA system.
5. Print itineraries and tickets for an average of 80 passengers per hour.
