collection the BDH/RFI number & complete the inspection & collect the CRF from Inspection co., according to
companies demand by Corresponding with Inspection company & our supplier. Also bring the proper shipment
document from our exporter just in time. Checking current stock position, analysis the previous sales for prepare
the next LC budget.
* Custom assessment, issue pay order from duty vat & others charge of customs for clearing the goods, checking
the C & F bill for comply, transportation, Corresponding with clearing & forwarding agent.
* Correspondence with exporter, fix up the price, checking the international price, Local market price.
* Banking Department: Follow up the all kinds of banking activities like bank sanction for composite limit,
Document retirement, loan create & adjustment, Instant fund creation from bank, Follow up the bank loan against
import like LIM/MPI/LATR/CC/LC/MC/BAIM/BAI MUAZZEL ETC. Audit report for bank sanction, Correspondence
with bank’s authorized person etc.
