It is a Multi - National company. Job responsibility were ---
* Plan and setup entire network system of RMM's 13 different branches (locations) and monitoring them. (LAN, WAN, WLAN, WWAN, Tower)
* Setup Data transfer system control using VPN and full access control and monitoring system from Head Office.
* Setup, update, maintains, trouble shooting of hardware (Both Mack and IBM Computer).
* Train up employers and update them accordingly.
* Domain register, maintains mail server, mail configuration and setup them in pc, Mac, laptop and mobile.
* Email client software configuration, setup and backup like Eudora, Outlook Express, Microsoft Outlook etc.
* Maintains, train up and monitoring IT Team.
* Look after all kinds of Computer and IT work (Hardware, Software, Network) of RMM.
Maintains 23 PCs’ in 2 difference location and routinely checkup
To provide technical support (Computer Hardware / Network) via mail/chatting to our customers through out the world.
To solve technical problem (Hardware And Software) to our customers using mail and chatting.
