BAZYAN COMBINED CYCLE POER PLANT 750 MW (BCCPP): Sept. 2015- Ongoing
Four Gas Turbines working with duel fuel (Natural Gas & Light Distillate Oil), GE model 9E with MARK VIE control system and Distribution Control System (DCS). BCCPP is consist of four gas turbines and one steam turbine, each gas turbine generate 125 MW and the steam turbine generate 250 MW, at first we completed simple cycle (all four gas turbine) and we have a plan for complete the second face (steam turbine) in the future. Initially I started work with Qaiwan Group during construction for simple cycle and I&C inspection, work done, checking for all gas turbine systems, also during commissioning we are checked all systems and monitoring during first fire for detect the problems and analyze them, after complete the first face I was joint maintenance (Instrumentation & Control) team.

MY DUTIES INCLUDED CONSTRUCTION AND COMISSIONING WORK:
 Instrumentation and Control inspection: checking Loop diagrams for all systems in Power
Plant, checking the wiring diagrams and compared with documents.
 Central Maintenance Management System (CMMS) MAXIMO program working and
preparing maintenance program for all power plant (All gas turbine, water treatment plant,
gas pressure reduction system, liquid distillate oil, Switchyard and Electrical system), and
collect all details about each simple part in the plant and add to MAXIMO Program, finally
it is a perfect program for maintenance and organize the power plant systems.
 Commissioning for all Gas Turbines according to its procedures, and realize the problems
during these activities.
 Working during Preservation mode, prevent gas turbine and all power plant systems during
stopping for a long time from any corrosion and damages, prepare for start again.
After Commissioning we are checked all systems and monitoring during first fire for detect the
problems and analyze them, checking for all gas turbine systems, after complete the first face I was
joint maintenance (Instrumentation & Control) team.
Since January 2018 working (Perform Instrumentation lists, Management of change documents,
Redlines Documentation for Instruments and control system, procurement spare parts and
consumable management).

My Duties Included
 Startup and shutdown turbines according to it’s procedures.
 Checking for any leakages, defects, damages for all turbine parts every hour and monitoring their reading like (lubrication oil system, hydraulic system, liquid & gas fuel system, cooling water system, generator, high voltage room, transformers, motors, etc….).
 Watching, viewing, and checking all turbine compartments which controlled by computerized system which called (MARK6).
 Attempt to product high quality power generation turbine.
 Restarting the emergency some parts of the turbine during shutdown to save the turbine systems.
 Rotating all motors weekly to the standby and with some important inspections.
 Analyzing mechanical engineering documents and familiar with P&ID.
 Writing daily report.
 Familiar with the engineering process for operation plant notification project.
 Finding solution to mechanical engineering problem.
