Operation (40%): Develop and manage Bangladesh programme, Human Resource
Management including recruitment and developing HR policy for local staff; develop and
deliver portfolio of projects, establish and implement M&E system, ensure fulfilling
contractual obligations to donors and others; and work with and support other wings of
TX as and when required.
2. People (15%): Manage internal and external relations; plans, mobilizes and manages
teams; and networking and rapport building with organizations, civil society, government,
donors, international organizations and other like-minded organizations to enable
collaboration and enhance impact on poverty.
3. Finance (20%): Develop local accounting procedure and system, ensure proper financial
management; develop budget and enforce control; and in collaboration with head office
fundraising team develop fundraising strategy for the country programme.
4. Information (15%): Share and disseminate learning and experiences within and outside
the organization to facilitate good practices and replication; identify appropriate
opportunities to develop new skills, ideas and tools to impact upon poverty through trade;
and liaise with HO to ensure efficient flow of information i.e. establishing an efficient &
effective MIS.
5. Personal & Team Development (10%): Identify and undertakes as necessary personal
and team development initiatives and programmes (such as training, workshop, seminar
participation, even higher study) to maintain optimum competenc
