- Maintain up-to-date records of contracts and subcontractor performance.
- Track, credit and execute invoicing of subcontractors and external material invoicing.
- Plan / coordinate activities on site to ensure financial /commercial parameters are achieved.

Commercial and Procurement Management:
• Manage, monitor and audit outsourced contractors with respect to on going operation of all Company services.

Corporate Facility Management:
• Attends meeting with asset owners and advices on any commercial and contracts related matter
• Attends other meetings with management peers, project managers, customers when required.
• Applies best-practice Corporate Facility Management standards to tender and contract documentation, including ongoing scope improvements to assist operational delivery.
• Deliver commercial support to Project Management throughout contract delivery cycles advising on project control variations and commercial considerations of managing projects. Contribute to the financial aspects of bids particularly cost estimation for ARAMCO.
• Provided local market insight identified trends and worked with procurement teams to increase optimization.
• Undertook regular competitor analysis and review of rates, credit facilities and policy compliance.
Vendor management, general and automotive maintenance purchases, costing reviews. Project purchases and liasion with PMT for timely deliveries at project sites. Warehouse management. Liasion with finance department for vendor payments. Weekly MIS reporting to management for all pendings and successful purchase orders
