Lead optimization efforts for the crewing system and spearhead FPD projects to enhance crewing services and cost efficiency.
• Administer and support Fleet Personnel Department operation systems, ensuring adherence to specifications.
• Troubleshoot, report, and disseminate information related to the Compas software on a daily basis.
• Apply technical and functional knowledge to deliver projects assigned by management.
• Install complex configurations, provide end-user support, and ensure a high level of customer
service.
• Conduct internal training sessions, prepare system briefings for new employees, and maintain
vendor relationships.
• Manage relationships with IMEC and various unions globally.
• Create and update wage scales, department manuals, and work instructions as required.
• Supervise Fleet Personnel Administrator with Flag State Applications and other related duties.
• Conducting presentations on topics such as performance and well-being initiatives in Fleet Officer
meetings.

▪ Application and follow up for Seafarers’ Flag state Documents with flag states authorities as described in the
Department Manual
▪ Arrange Payment for Flag state Documents
▪ Follow up / renewal and payments of Union Agreements / SEPF fund / IMTF fund
▪ Administration of Family Medical Cover for Seafarers
▪ Administration of Provident Fund
▪ Uploading of electronic Performance Reports of Seafarers
▪ Carry out any other duty assigned to the jobholder by the Fleet Personnel Manager.
▪ Set up / Administration / maintaining / updating of the new Crewing Software Compas according to our
company’s requirements & MLC / STCW
▪ Creating Evaluation System for Seafarers in Compas
▪ Maintaining and improving Travel Module
▪ Follow up with the Training needs on board the vessels/ Training with the Training officer and process to build
the logic / identify the same through the Compas and write the necessary instructions / update manuals
accordingly.
▪ Administration / payments of NEWSlink services on board of the vessels.
▪ Management quotations preparations (selection for the ITF union cover / current wage scale / crew line up) ▪ Checking for the crew wages and updating according to the ITF amendments.
