1.Project/ Programme Officer in the Social Welfare Department::
Formulation of Projects, Programme Planning, Monitoring Implementation, keeping Liaison with line departments, N.G.O.s, UNICEF etc. and coordinating all activities related to women & children. Assist the Directorate in the process of convergence of other related activities of Social Welfare Department as well.
2. Programme Coordinator of AHDP in the Child Development Centre.
Assist in Programme planning, monitoring and coordinating the field level activities of Child and Adolescent care services of specified projects taken up by the Child Development Centre such as Early Childhood Development, Detection of and intervention into childhood disabilities, Adolescents Health District Plan, Personal & Environmental Hygiene etc.

During my tenure as Project Officer, ICDS (Integrated Child Development Services), could manage construction of more than 200 buildings to house Anganwadi (Pre-school cum Health centers) with community participation. As a Programme officer of ICDS], I had successfully managed to arrange many Workshops, Seminars on ECCSGD, Nutrition, IEC, Adolescent care, Child Protection and Women- Empowerment with UNICEF support. Was the Editor of a departmental Magazine, which was meant to serve as a Newsletter and IEC material. Working as the Sate level Programme Officer, have had the opportunity of keeping liaison with UNICEF in their support- programs and activities taken up by the department. Was instrumental in developing the type-design and printing of Mother-Child card as part of IEC in Growth Monitoring for ICDS Have successfully completed the Training programme on Management of N.G.O.s organized by 'SEARCH' Bangalore, one of the renowned Institutions engaged in Training and promotion of N.G.O.s in the country. Have been actively participating in the process of Decentralization of Administration & People's Planning campaigns taken up by the Govt.
