against benchmarked figures (stock levels, stock ageing, top sellers, service level vs stock availability,

● Operational
- Build an integrated operation to implement Omni-channel order fulfillment project.

- Contribute to the range management process by adhering efficient and smooth phase out/in procedures
(space dimensioning, goods allocation) to keep material consistency and minimize the materials write-off.
- Ensure that equipment is utilized efficiently handlers are properly trained and licensed.
● People Management
- Prepare manpower plans, set productivities for all Logistics functions within the budgeted logistics
productivities UPMH (Number of sold M3 per worked hour), Evaluate leaders/supervisors performance.
- Ensure that all working methods are implemented for all logistics activities.
- Ensure that all staff are properly trained on all (SOP’s) Standard Operating Procedures.
