➢ Every customer, every human is different. Therefore, treat each customer as a potential million dollar customer.

➢ Correct appearance can be competitive advantage over someone else.

➢ First impression will continue till the last impression.

➢ If we focus on the positive side, it will magnify everything that is positive. If we focus on the negative side that will be enlarged.

➢ One of the best ways to persuade others is with our ears: listen to them.

➢ A happy customer will tell approximately five other people about his / her experience but an unhappy customer will tell ten people of his/her bad experience

➢ Winning the argument and losing the customer is no victory.
