As a Receiving Clerk:
• Receive and verify items.
• Prepare and verify records of receipt of incoming items, materials and equipment.
• Attach MRO or storage bin ticket and place item in a pick-up bin or storage bin.
• Maintain good housekeeping within the area.
• Verify actual quantities received against documents and inspect stocks for damage or quantity shortage.
As a Storage Clerk:
• Place and monitor items in their respective locations.
• Segregate and store items base in classification such as sensitive items and hazardous materials.
• Maintain proper storing for safe, maximum space utilization, easy access identification.
• Maintain good housekeeping in the warehouse.
As an Issuing Clerk:
• Receives, verify and check items from receiving section till placed in customer bin.
• Notify units/customers by making telephone calls for their items and annotate log for sensitive items twice a week.
• Issue items to customer.
• Assist delivery man in delivering items and issue items to the receiving staff of every outlet.
• Ensure that ice cream and chocolate items are not melted and free of damage upon issuing.
• Make a good display for all items and ensure the cleanliness of shelves and freezer.
• working closely with visual display staff and department heads to decide how goods should be displayed to maximize customer interest and sales
• Make an order for every item in every outlet and make sure that every near expiry items will be pulled out one month before expiration.
